One Treatment Won't Save You. The Combination Will.
Aging isn't one thing. Expecting one laser to fix everything is setting yourself up for disappointment. Here's why the best results come from a coordinated, measured protocol.

You're watching your vitality slip away.
It's not just you. It's Father Time. The mirror doesn't lie — the skin that once bounced back now holds every crease, every shadow, every sign of what's happening inside.
But here's what most people don't realize: we now know exactly what mechanisms drive aging. We can measure them. We can reverse them. And we can individualize the approach so you're not guessing — you're targeting.
Whether you start in our clinic or through a virtual consult with our AI-guided assessment tool, the first step is always the same: understand what's actually happening before choosing what to do about it.
The ProblemAging Is Not One Thing
Your face ages through at least five distinct mechanisms simultaneously:
- Skin quality decline
- Texture, tone, pigment, pore size
- Laxity & sagging
- Gravity + collagen loss
- Volume depletion
- Fat pad descent, bone resorption
- Internal inflammation
- Oxidative stress, hormonal decline
- Cellular senescence
- Zombie cells broadcasting damage
No single device addresses all five. Expecting one laser to lift, tighten, resurface, rebuild volume, AND clear senescent cells is like expecting one pill to cure five diseases. Good results? Maybe. Great results? Never.
“Good results come from one treatment. Great results come from a coordinated protocol.”

Each Tool Has a Job. Together, They're Unstoppable.

Ultrasound (HIFU)
LiftingFocused ultrasound reaches the SMAS layer — the same layer surgeons tighten in a facelift. Lifts brows, jawline, and neck without cutting.
Ultherapy: FDA-cleared for non-invasive lifting. Targets 1.5mm, 3mm, and 4.5mm depths.
Radiofrequency Microneedling
TighteningRF energy delivered through microneedles heats the dermis, triggering new collagen and elastin. Tightens pores, firms skin, improves texture.
Morpheus8, Genius RF: bipolar RF at controlled depths. Proven collagen remodeling at 6-12 weeks.
CO2 Fractional Laser
Resurfacing + SenolyticThe single most powerful device if you had to pick one. Removes damaged surface, clears senescent cells, triggers deep remodeling. But even CO2 can't lift or replace volume.
Ablative resurfacing: 92% reduction in actinic keratosis. Clears p16+ senescent fibroblasts.
Biostimulators
Cellular RejuvenationSculptra (PLLA) and Radiesse (CaHA) don't just fill — they stimulate your own collagen production over months. They amplify every other treatment by rebuilding the structural matrix.
Poly-L-lactic acid: 2+ year collagen stimulation. CaHA: immediate structure + delayed neocollagenesis.
Strategic Filler
Volume RestorationNothing replaces lost volume except volume. But filler should be the LAST step — after skin quality, tightening, and biostimulation are optimized. Otherwise you're filling a deflated balloon.
HA fillers: immediate volumization. Best results when combined with biostimulators for longevity.
Real ResultsWhat Combination Protocols Actually Look Like
These are real patients who committed to a multi-modality approach — not a single treatment, but a coordinated protocol over time. The results speak for themselves.

“Every procedure creates a window of accelerated remodeling. What you do in that window determines your outcome.”
The Hidden LayerCO2 Does the Most — But Only If Your Biology Is Ready
If you had to pick one treatment, CO2 fractional laser delivers the most dramatic results. But we get significantly better outcomes when we first optimize what's happening inside:
Pre-care: pigment preconditioning, barrier strengthening, antiviral prophylaxis
Post-care: validated recovery products (not just Vaseline — targeted DNA repair)
Internal longevity: inflammatory markers (hs-CRP, IL-6), hormones, oxidative stress reserves
Nutritional status: vitamin D, zinc, omega-3, collagen precursors
Biological age: TruAge epigenetic clock — know your actual healing capacity
If your internal system is inflamed, your hormones are declining, or your oxidative stress reserves are depleted — your skin simply cannot heal optimally. We measure first. Correct first. Then treat.
Beyond Vanity MetricsSkincare That's Been Validated — Not Just Marketed
Most skincare targets what you can see. Ours targets what's actually happening at the molecular level — and we've tested it to prove it works.
Our Rejuvenat DNA Repair Serum addresses 10 of the 12 hallmarks of aging through our GMA7 complex. It doesn't just improve how skin looks — it improves how skin functions at the cellular level.
Paired with Protectif broad-spectrum protection, you're not just recovering from treatments — you're preventing future damage while your skin rebuilds.

Why this matters for combination treatments: Every procedure you do — laser, RF, biostimulators — creates a window of accelerated remodeling. Using validated skincare during this window amplifies results. Using generic products (or nothing) wastes the opportunity. We're constantly testing and improving these formulations — sometimes not just visually, but molecularly.
Track · Measure · ProveWe Don't Guess. We Monitor.

The difference between a good clinic and a great one? Measurement. We track your progress with validated tools:
VISIA skin analysis (before/after every session)
PAOT oxidative stress reserves
TruAge biological clock
Inflammatory markers (hs-CRP, IL-6)
Hormone panels (testosterone, estradiol, DHEA-S)
AI-guided virtual assessment
This means we can show you — objectively — what's working, what needs adjustment, and when you're ready for the next phase. No guessing. No hoping. Proving.
Even if you can't visit in person, our AI-guided virtual consult can get you started with a personalized assessment and protocol recommendation.

Combination Treatments: FAQ
Answers about multi-modality protocols, treatment sequencing, and why measurement matters.
Why can't one laser do everything?
Different aging mechanisms occur at different tissue depths and involve different biology. CO2 laser excels at surface resurfacing and clearing senescent cells, but it cannot lift the SMAS layer (that requires ultrasound) or replace lost volume (that requires fillers or biostimulators). A combination approach addresses all layers simultaneously.
What order should treatments be done?
Generally: (1) Optimize internal health and skincare first, (2) CO2 laser for resurfacing and senolytic clearing, (3) Ultrasound/RF for lifting and tightening once healed, (4) Biostimulators for collagen rebuilding, (5) Strategic filler last for volume. Timing between treatments is individualized based on your healing response.
How long does a full combination protocol take?
A comprehensive protocol typically spans 6-18 months, with treatments spaced appropriately for healing and collagen remodeling. Results are progressive — you'll see improvements at each stage, with the full effect visible once all modalities have been completed and collagen remodeling is mature.
Is it safe to combine multiple treatments?
Yes, when properly sequenced and spaced. The key is understanding tissue healing timelines and not overloading the skin. This is why measurement and monitoring are essential — we track your inflammatory markers and healing response to determine optimal timing between treatments.
Can I start with a virtual consult?
Absolutely. Our AI-guided assessment tool can evaluate your photos, discuss your goals, and recommend a starting protocol. Many patients begin virtually and then come in for treatments. The assessment helps us understand your biology before we ever pick up a device.
What makes your skincare different from what I can buy at Sephora?
Our Rejuvenat serum targets 10 of the 12 hallmarks of aging through our GMA7 complex — it's been validated to improve cellular function, not just appearance. Most retail skincare targets surface hydration or single pathways. We've tested ours against biological age markers, not just wrinkle depth.
