The skin longevity guide

Treat skin in the right order.

From the 2025 international consensus on skin quality that Dr. Sajic co-authored: four pillars, treated in sequence, after internal health is measured and corrected first.

Consensus-based algorithm 12 hallmarks of aging addressed Measured at every step
The four pillars of skin quality

What comes first in the algorithm? A health assessment.

Skin is treated as an indicator of overall health. We manage inflammation first, before reaching for a laser. Then the pillars, in order.

Pillar 01 · Foundational

Firmness

Treat first: Ultherapy (MFU-V), dilute and hyperdilute biostimulators, ablative fractional lasers, RF.

Pillar 02

Tone evenness

Pigment and vascular: Q-switched and picosecond lasers, IPL, superficial peels, CO2 or erbium for photodamage.

Pillar 03

Surface evenness

Texture, pores, lines: fractional lasers, RF microneedling, microtoxin, CPM-HA.

Pillar 04 · Emergent

Glow

Comes last, earned by the first three: polynucleotides, CPM-HA, microtoxin, HA with PRP.

Skin-of-color note: settings must be modified, and IPL demands an experienced operator. Retinol + IPL note: stop retinol one week before IPL and resume one week after. Details like these are why the operator matters more than the machine.

The sequence

Fix the core. Then rebuild.

Step one: roughly two months optimizing internally first. Resolve inflammation, optimize the inputs, prime the skin for repair.

Step two: rebuild in sequence: biostimulator, then energy device, then biostimulator again about six weeks later. Gold-standard pairings like MFU-V with hyperdilute CaHA are spaced deliberately, because timing is part of the medicine.

GMA7 · the science layer

Our proprietary GMA7 complex targets seven essential skin elements, from barrier and microbiome to antioxidant shield and DNA support. In translational testing it reduced ROS by 95.5% (SPF 50+ formulation vs UV) and the inflammatory cytokine IL-6 by 94%. Rejuvenat, built on GMA7 with DNA endonuclease repair enzymes, anchors every protocol.

Why skin is a longevity organ

Twelve hallmarks of aging. Your skin shows most of them first.

Genomic instability, telomere attrition, epigenetic alterations, cellular senescence, chronic inflammation, mitochondrial dysfunction and the rest of the modern hallmarks framework all leave visible fingerprints in skin, which is why we can read internal aging non-invasively there.
